Here’s what you’ll do:

Are you technically skilled and experienced with NH3 refrigeration systems, steam installations, or utility systems within a production environment? Then this is an excellent opportunity to work in a highly modern and automated food production environment where technology, teamwork, and reliability are key.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of installations such as NH3 refrigeration, steam, compressed air, water, and energy systems. You will troubleshoot technical issues, carry out maintenance activities, and actively contribute to improvements within a high-tech production environment with high technical standards. Proven NH3 knowledge is an absolute requirement for this position.

The company is specifically not looking for a standard maintenance technician, but for someone who takes ownership, enjoys working closely with colleagues, and fits well within a close-knit technical team where flexibility and team spirit are highly valued. A traditional MTS-level background is not strictly required; candidates with a lower technical educational level or a strong hands-on technical background are also welcome, provided they have demonstrable experience and knowledge of NH3 installations and utilities within the process or food industry.

What we are looking for?
