Service Technician

Als Service Technician speel jij een sleutelrol in het tevreden houden van onze klant DHL. Het is daarbij van groot belang dat het logistieke proces van DHL ongestoord kan blijven draaien. Samen met je collega’s zorg je ervoor dat de verschillende installaties in goede staat blijven. Dit doe je door het uitvoeren van preventief en periodiek onderhoud. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor het oplossen van ad-hoc storingen in het Vanderlande-systeem. Ook zorg je ervoor dat onze installaties in goede conditie blijven. Je lost mechanische en elektromechanische besturingsstoringen op en houdt ons CMMS DOS Maximo up to date. Je standplaats is DHL in Zaltbommel, waar je in 5-ploegendienst werkt, waarnaast je nauw in contact staat met ons Vanderlande hoofdkantoor.

Qualifications:

Technische opleiding op MBO-niveau of gelijkwaardig. Ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie is een pré. Kennis van mechanica, elektrotechniek en besturingstechniek. Bereidheid om in een 5-ploegendienst te werken. Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een proactieve houding.

Functie eisen
MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau (bij voorkeur in Elektrotechniek, Automotive, Besturingstechniek of Mechatronica);Ervaring met mechanisch en/of elektrotechnisch onderhoud;Ervaring met het opsporen en oplossen van storingen;Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal;Affiniteit met besturingstechniek;Enthousiaste, nauwkeurige en zelfstandige werkhouding;Proactieve en flexibele instelling;Bereidheid om opleidingen en trainingen te volgen.

Service Technician DHL

As Service Technician you play a key role in keeping our customer DHL happy whereby it’s of utmost importance that the logistics process of DHL can continue to run. This means that together with your colleagues you’ll ensure that the various installations are in good condition. You do this by carrying out preventive and periodic maintenance. In addition, you are also responsible to solve any ad-hoc malfunctions to the Vanderlande system. You troubleshoots mechanical, electromechanical, and control system faults, records maintenance activities in IBM Maximo, and acts as the link between the site and Vanderlande. Working in shifts, he helps ensure the continuity and efficiency of the logistics operation.

Your profile
MBO Level 4 working and thinking level, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Control Engineering, or Mechatronics;Experience with mechanical and/or electrical maintenance;Experience in troubleshooting and fault diagnosis;Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written;Affinity with control systems and automation technology;Enthusiastic, accurate, and self-motivated work attitude;Proactive and flexible mindset;Willingness to participate in training and professional development programs.
