The position

As a Process Operator at CLP Process Operations, you ensure stable production by performing process controls and resolving malfunctions within the coating and/or emulsion processes. You collect and process process data in reports and measure the physical and photographic properties of products. In addition, you calibrate equipment, carry out periodic maintenance, and work with web handling and inspection tasks.

You work independently and apply ATS and/or FLTS methods in problem-solving; these are practical root cause analysis techniques. Furthermore, you contribute to process optimization through improvement projects and proposals, and you communicate with supporting departments.

We require
MBO (secondary vocational) level of working and thinking; preferably Process Technology level 3/4 or Operator B/C, or a completed technical education with the willingness to follow an Operator B/C programWork experience in process technology is an advantageWillingness to become a member of the emergency response team (BHV)Good command of English, both spoken and written; proficiency in Dutch is a plusWillingness to work approximately 15% of your time in low-light/dark conditions.

What will you do?

Do you want to work with the most advanced technologies in a future-oriented production environment? Are you highly accurate, a true team player, and is quality your top priority? At Fujifilm Life Science in Tilburg, you will work in modern cleanrooms in a GMP-regulated environment, where compliance, documentation, and strict quality standards are essential, within a structured 3-shift system, with a maximum of two consecutive night shifts, allowing for a healthy work–life balance. For true technicians, this is an excellent opportunity as a Cleanroom Operator! As a Powder Production Technician, you and your team are responsible for a correct and safe production process in accordance with GMP guidelines. Your tasks include, among others:

Weighing chemical raw materials according to strict instructions and defined tolerances Mixing, milling, and packaging powdered cell culture media Preparing raw materials and packaging materials Cleaning equipment and work areas in accordance with cleanroom guidelines Setting up, calibrating, and documenting scales and balances Performing and documenting line clearance and quality checks Checking labels, product weights, and QC samples Contributing to and updating work instructions
